Returns & Cancellation

After delivery, Longjack cannot be held responsible for any damage. In case of an emergency, please contact our customer support team via phone or email.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, an incorrect product has been delivered, or a replacement is required, provided the item is unopened, undamaged, and unused.

• The product along with its invoice must be returned in the original packaging.
• As this is a prepaid item, returns or cancellations are not accepted due to safety concerns. Shipping and postage charges are non-refundable.
• All return and exchange requests will be thoroughly checked and inspected by the Longjack team.
• Damages caused due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect application are not covered under the return or exchange policy.
• Once approved, return or exchange requests will be processed within 7 to 21 working days.
• Once the goods are sold, no refunds will be provided.
• In such cases, a Store Credit Coupon Code of the same value may be offered. Discounted items are not eligible for coupons.
• Only one coupon can be used per order.
• Only one exchange is allowed per item.
• Cash refunds are not permitted.
• Once purchased, no refunds are applicable for any products. However, in general, an item may be returned within three (3) days from the date of successful delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:
• The product is physically damaged
• Parts or accessories are missing

Refund & Replacement Policy

Before issuing a refund or replacement, we may contact you to verify the nature of the damage or product defect.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only. Cash refunds are not available. Our team will initiate the online refund process after a minimum of 5 to 7 business days from the date the refund is approved.

If payment was made through NEFT, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of initiation. The refunded amount will be credited to the same account used for the prepaid order. Please note that it may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
• Discount coupons are valid for one-time use only. Even if an order is cancelled, the coupon will be considered as used.
• In case of cancellation, any loyalty points used for the purchase will be credited back to your account.
