At YRS Herb, we aim to provide a reliable shopping experience. Please review the following terms before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of successful delivery only in the following cases:

  • The product received is physically damaged.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product is defective or has missing parts or accessories.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and relevant details. Photographs or other information may be requested for verification.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging wherever applicable.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used Ayurvedic, herbal, cosmetic, personal care, and wellness products are generally not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law or in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team with the order details.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Processing

Once a return request is received and verified, the applicable return or replacement will be processed within 7–21 business days.
