Domestic Customers
- All the online orders are executed and packed within 24 to 48 working hours after receiving the order confirmation.
- The delivery is expected to arrive within 4–10 days.
- Shipment delivery to remote places may take up to 12 working days.
- Delivery you will receive between Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding national holidays and festivals).
- Once order get dispatch, you will also receive tracking number through email and SMS, by which you can track your orders to know their status. You can also review the tracking information’s in your account.

Order cancellation
- Orders that have already been placed cannot be cancelled and reimbursed for security reasons.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.
Out of Stock Products
- Best longjack Online Store always trying to make every effort to maintain an updated product inventory and reduce the likelihood that any particular item may run out of stock.
- If you discover that any of your favourite products are out of stock, you can choose to “Notify Me.”
- If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for a prompt shipment. Hold orders, however, might get late in delivery.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Every domestic order is dispatched from our warehouse located in New Delhi and will arrive at their designated time.
- Whenever products are delivered, a signature is required at that moment.
- If the consignee is not present in person when the package is delivered, kindly recommend someone else to be there, such as a neighbour, relative, friend, or colleague.
- Nevertheless, longjack disclaims any liability for products signed by someone else.
- Once the delivery is made Longjack Online store cannot be held accountable for any damage.
- It is necessary to notify any complaints regarding damage and other concern within three days after the delivery.
- Depending on the goods, packaging, size, volume, kind, and other factors, shipping and handling costs may change.
- Clients will be informed before making payments of the final shipping and handling costs at the time of check-out and will have to make payment.
- During transportation, goods could move or shift. For example, a product might migrate to one side, stoppers might stick to the top lid, or things might move inside gift boxes. In any of these situations, when the problem is the result of movements during transport, returns will not be accepted.
